Requirements and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service.
- Strong CRM systems and MS Office skills.
- Fluent German (C2 level).
- Good English (B2+).
- Experience in order processing, customer communication, and sales coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured way.
- Must be based in Germany or have valid German work authorization.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central interface within the sales team.
- Support Wholesale, Retail, and Key Account teams.
- Handle customer communication (email and phone).
- Process orders, offers, and contract documents.
- Maintain and manage CRM and customer data.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
- Manage customer and supplier portals.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and sales analyses.
- Assist with presentations, pricing, and proposals.
- Support sales campaigns and promotions.
