Nonprofit org running career and education programs for high school and college-age students. They track scholar and alumni outcomes heavily. Small team — Director of Programs, coaches, and ops staff. Fast-moving, data-dependent, AI-tool-friendly.

Role Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or operations
2+ years working with clients from the United States, UK, Canada, or Australia
Must speak and write fluent English
Experience with a variety of CRM tools and tech savvy (AI tools included)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Reliable internet connection with a backup; ability to work scheduled remote hours consistently. (Minimum: Download Speed +20 MB / Upload Speed 5 MB)
A Computer:
At least 8GB of RAM and an Intel Core 8th generation processor or higher, or AMD Ryzen 2000 series or higher
Operating system: Windows 11 or higher / macOS 13 or higher
Working camera and microphone
Preferred but not required
• Experience in a nonprofit, education, or workforce development setting
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar
• Experience supporting programs that serve high school or college-age participants
Responsibilities:
Help manage data in spreadsheets, reports, and a variety of systems including our
educational systems
Coordinate logistics for events and virtual calls, ensuring all aspects are planned and executed smoothly. Supporting virtual workshops on Zoom: setup, links, troubleshooting access issues.
Prepare and distribute program materials, agendas, and communications.
Track, maintain, and update scholar and alumni data to ensure accurate, current records. Use AI tools (including Claude) to support drafting, research, data organization, and operational tasks.
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics for incoming scholars and new staff.
Provide cross-functional administrative support across departments as needs arise.
