Here's an exciting opportunity with Paricus. They are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data management and modeling, along with experience in data organization, visualization, and report development. • A successful candidate will possess technical expertise to interpret, analyze, and assess data to ensure its accuracy and high quality. • They must operate with efficiency and accuracy in developing and delivering both internal and external reports. • Utilize data to monitor performance and derive business insights for informed decisions. Essential job functions: • Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Google Looker Studio and/or Power BI. • Strong ability to analyze data using SQL for reporting purposes. • Interview executive audiences to determine data visualization business requirements. • Evaluate data visualizations and analytics requirements to determine efficient implementation methods. • Experience in data modeling project development and Data Visualization. • Ensure data integrity and assist in quality control of data flow from core operating systems to executive-level dashboards. • Provide customer support and maintenance for existing data and visualization solutions. • Ability to interact with business partners in a remote work environment. • Additional duties as assigned. Required skills: • Solid track record of experience in the contact center or BPO industry. • Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), programming (e.g., Python, JSON, JavaScript, or ELT frameworks). • Experience in developing and delivering executive-level reports and reporting design. • Ability to remain updated with the latest innovations in Data Analytics and Database frameworks. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team with minimal technical supervision, effectively managing multiple project priorities and deadlines. • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with management and employees at all organizational levels. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Strong research, creative problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills. • Organizational, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills demonstrated by creating, implementing, and monitoring complex plans and strategies. • Effective time-management and multitasking abilities. Schedule: • Current Business Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time (US & Canada) • Full-time position (5 days; 40 hours). • Overtime available; may be required as needed with compensation.
