We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish CRM Data Specialist for a project-based role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. This individual will play a critical role in cleaning, organizing, and optimizing our CRM accounts, specifically using GoHighLevel, to ensure data accuracy and streamlined workflows.
This position is perfect for someone with extensive experience in CRM systems who can tackle complex problems, clean up contacts, create effective reports, and ensure our system operates at peak efficiency. While we’ll provide training on our company’s processes and mission, this role requires to be advanced CRM skills to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
What you’ll do:
- CRM System Optimization: Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure it meets business needs, including workflows, funnels, websites, and automation.
- Continuous Improvement: Consistently enhance CRM processes, ensuring the system evolves in line with the organization’s sales processes and customer experiences.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools within the CRM and other platforms to automate and improve processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Data Management: Ensure the CRM database remains accurate, organized, and aligned with business objectives, including lead and sales data integrity.
Platform Integration: Integrate the CRM with tools like Slack and ClickUp to streamline communication, task management, and reporting.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Take responsibility for resolving system issues by engaging with CRM support and experts to identify and implement solutions effectively.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on CRM data, sales, and leads to support decision-making across the organization.
- Team Enablement: Train team members to effectively use the CRM’s features and functionalities to maximize their productivity and results.
- Website & Funnel Maintenance: Ensure all CRM-related websites and funnels are operational, optimized, and designed to guide leads seamlessly through the sales process.
Functions:
- System Ownership: Take full responsibility for the performance, reliability, and integrity of the CRM system.
- CRM Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues by utilizing CRM support resources and collaborating with external experts when necessary.
- Process Automation: Use the CRM and AI tools to automate workflows and enhance system efficiency.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure CRM data is well-organized and actionable, supporting clear insights for decision-making.
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously refine workflows, funnels, and reporting tools to drive better outcomes for the organization.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the CRM’s regular updates, new features, and best practices to implement improvements as needed.
- Customer Journey Excellence: Oversee the performance and functionality of CRM-related websites and funnels to optimize lead generation and customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- CRM expertise, proven experience with CRM platforms, including reporting, data cleanup, and troubleshooting. This is not a training role—you must come prepared to deliver from day one.
