Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture up to 250 leads weekly inside Go High Level (GHL). - Book and host discovery calls. - Follow up through calls, texts, and emails. - Track all conversations, notes, and pipeline stages in GHL. - Improve scripts and objection-handling strategies. - Collaborate with the COO, Client Success Manager, and Marketing team. - Submit daily sales updates and weekly performance reports. Success Metrics: - 20%+ close rate. - Fast and consistent follow-up on leads. - Organized CRM and pipeline management. - $20K+ monthly closed revenue contribution. - Strong client experience from first call to onboarding. Qualifications: - 2–3 years of sales or closing experience. - Experience with coaching, education, or service-based offers preferred. - Strong English communication skills with neutral/North American accent. - CRM experience (Go High Level, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.). - Strong objection handling and sales psychology skills. - Tech-savvy and highly organized. - Coachable, proactive, and results-driven. - Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients and EST hours.
