About the Role: - This is a remote inbound sales position for candidates with real sales experience and strong closing ability. - Customers contact WindshieldHUB directly because they are already interested in our services. - Your role is to guide them through the booking process, answer questions with confidence, handle objections professionally, and convert inquiries into booked jobs. Candidate Profile: - We are looking for candidates who are polished, persuasive, fluent in English, and experienced in sales. - This role is ideal for someone who knows how to take ownership of the conversation, build trust quickly, and close consistently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls from customers actively seeking our services. - Convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs through strong sales execution. - Guide customers through the booking process with professionalism and confidence. - Handle objections related to price, timing, and service details. - Clearly explain services, availability, and next steps. - Maintain accurate notes and customer updates in the CRM. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. - Follow company standards, sales processes, and quality expectations. What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 2 years of sales experience required. - Proven background in sales, preferably phone sales, inbound sales, or other high-conversion environments. - Strong closing skills and confidence handling live customer objections. - Fluent English is required, both spoken and written. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to build trust quickly and lead the conversation effectively. - Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. - Strong attention to detail and follow-up. - Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
