As the organization continues to grow and evolve, it is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Corporate Human Resources to help shape and execute its global people strategy.Position SummaryThe VP, Corporate Human Resources will serve as a key member of the Human Resources leadership team, partnering closely with executive leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational growth, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement across a global enterprise.This leader will oversee critical HR functions including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, leadership development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate brings strong global HR leadership experience, exceptional business acumen, and a proven ability to influence organizational performance through strategic people initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Strategy & LeadershipPartner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Support the development of workforce plans that enable organizational growth and operational excellence.Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational structure, talent planning, succession planning, and employee engagement.Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and reinforce organizational values.Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.Talent Management & Organizational DevelopmentLead talent acquisition, retention, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.Develop programs that enhance employee growth, career progression, and leadership capabilities.Support organizational design and workforce transformation efforts.Implement performance management programs that drive accountability and employee success.Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and employee development.Employee Experience & EngagementDrive employee engagement strategies that improve workforce satisfaction and retention.Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout the organization.Partner with leaders to create an inclusive and collaborative work environment.Compensation, Benefits & Workforce PlanningOversee compensation and benefits strategies that support talent attraction and retention.Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and resource allocation initiatives.Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to support business objectives.Ensure HR programs remain competitive and aligned with market best practices.Compliance & HR OperationsEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies across all operating regions.Support risk management and workforce governance initiatives.Maintain consistency and effectiveness of HR practices across global locations.Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the HR function.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop HR leaders and regional HR teams.Promote collaboration and consistency across global HR operations.Establish performance expectations and accountability measures for the HR organization.Ensure delivery of high-quality HR services that support business needs.RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.Master's degree or MBA preferred.SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification preferred.Experience10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience within large, complex organizations.Experience supporting global or multi-region workforces.Demonstrated success leading talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams.Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.Experience leading organizational change and transformation efforts.Prior experience within BPO, CX, outsourcing, healthcare services, technology services, or business services organizations strongly preferred.Experience managing and developing HR leadership teams across multiple geographies.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic HR leadership and business acumen.Strong organizational development and talent management expertise.Executive-level communication and influencing skills.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.Experience operating effectively within fast-paced, high-growth environments.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.Deep understanding of employment practices and workforce compliance.Personal AttributesStrategic and forward-thinking leader.Collaborative and relationship-oriented.Results-driven with strong execution skills.High integrity and professionalism.Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments.Passionate about people, culture, and leadership development.Comfortable operating in a global, multicultural organization.Committed to fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
