THE POSITION 🫆 * Your Mission: To ensure new customers successfully adopt the Intrigma platform with speed and confidence. You will translate high-stakes technical complexity into clear, actionable guidance, acting as the primary catalyst that helps healthcare teams reach value fast. * Your Role: Technical Onboarding Specialist | Healthcare SaaS Customer Success * Strategic Anchor: Transforming high-stakes ambiguity into precise logic, becoming the reliable technical person who structures messy problems into high-performance scheduling systems. * Success Definition: You deliver impact through the speed, precision, and reliability with which you transition complex healthcare clients to a confident "Go-Live." You are a professional of excellence who enjoys understanding how systems work at a deep level, providing absolute clarity and ensuring that intricate scheduling logic is translated into a stabilized system that healthcare teams trust and adopt with ease. ⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing * Master the Engine: Become an expert in Intrigma’s scheduling platform, mastering complex rules, rotation templates, and high-stakes edge cases. * Architect Logic: Translate messy, real-world scheduling requirements into precise system configurations (users, shifts, dependencies, and constraints). * Drive the Onboarding: Lead the implementation process from kickoff to go-live, acting as the primary project driver and ensuring milestones are met independently. * High-Stakes Communication: Lead technical meetings and training sessions in fluent, professional English with US-based physicians and healthcare stakeholders. * Autonomous Debugging: Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and configuration bottlenecks by identifying root causes and implementing direct solutions. * Refine the Playbook: Document configurations and create reusable best practices to help scale the implementation engine as the company grows. 🧠 What We’re Looking For Must-have: * Native-level or Neutral English (C1+): Absolute clarity and professional authority. You must be able to lead complex technical conversations and training sessions with US-based physicians and stakeholders with total clarity. * 3–6 Years of SaaS Experience: A proven track record in a technical, customer-facing role such as Implementation, Onboarding, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or similar. * Logical Architecture Mindset: You enjoy understanding how systems work at a deep level. You are a systematic thinker who can visualize how rules and constraints interact within a complex engine. * Advanced Data Literacy: Expert-level skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivots, complex formulas, data auditing) to validate system logic and clean customer data. * Professional Excellence: Extreme ownership and high reliability. We are looking for a career-oriented professional who investigates and resolves issues directly rather than escalating.
