At Spotter, we are hiring a Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, leasing, and financing of trucks and trailers directly impacting how our fleet scales. What You Will Be Doing: Fleet Procurement (Core Focus): - Source and evaluate vendors for trucks and trailers. - Negotiate purchase, lease, and financing agreements. - Manage the full procurement lifecycle (selection → delivery). - Align acquisitions with budgets and operational needs. Leasing & Cost Optimization: - Evaluate and secure competitive leasing structures. - Compare offers and negotiate favorable terms. - Ensure lease compliance and performance. Vendor & Partner Management: - Build strong relationships with suppliers, lenders, and leasing partners. - Track vendor performance and negotiate improvements. - Stay ahead of market trends and pricing shifts. Compliance & Reporting: - Maintain accurate contract and financial records. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. - Provide insights on procurement performance and cost exposure.
