Requirements and responsibilities

A Day in the Life • Ensure that all processes are implemented in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with the specifications and quality requirements • Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives • Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability • Develop/Perform/Monitor quality controls and production KPI’s • Cater to client’s concerns regarding operations and finances • Oversight of all financial services including budget management and reporting Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results • Approve or reject budgets • Allocate resources and manage cash flows • Conduct profit and cost analyses • Recommend cost-reducing solutions • Create action plans and implement these based from information sent by accountants • Oversight of all operational activities (assist with running the law practice) • Oversight of HR duties • Responsible for analyzing and improving organizational processes and work to improve work quality, productivity, and efficiency. • Petty Cash • Expenses • Payroll • Office Management (oversight of physical and administrative duties as performed by Reception role) • Coordinate and facilitate team meetings • Requirements include: • Noise-canceling headset • High speed and reliable internet • Updated PC or laptop running Windows 10/8 or Mac OS • A quiet and comfortable workspace • Minimum Internet speed of 10Mbps • Digitally savvy and a tech enthusiast, willing to try and learn new platforms • A backup Internet connection and computer • At least 3 professional references • Government-issued ID • Police clearance or certification
