Requirements and responsibilities


The Role: You set meetings. The CIO takes them. Carbon is a real estate investment firm raising capital from accredited investors, including family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Your role is to get qualified investors on the calendar. You identify the opportunity, book the meeting, and prepare the brief. What happens in the meeting is not your responsibility. Who You're Reaching Accredited investors who can write $250K-$5M+ checks, including family office principals, high-net-worth individuals, RIAs, fund managers, and allocators. You will also book guests for the Deal Flow Podcast, which is the content engine that drives brand awareness, inbound leads, and audience growth. Additionally, you will manage social engagement by monitoring, replying, and engaging on behalf of the brand to support the sales motion. This role requires sounding credible and professional. You are not cold calling small businesses. You are engaging with individuals who manage significant capital and expect an informed and professional approach. Tools & Infrastructure You will have access to: * LinkedIn Sales Navigator (multiple profiles). * Apollo for contact enrichment and prospecting. * Email infrastructure with AI SDR capabilities. * Salesforge for sequence management. Requirements This role requires existing appointment-setting experience. Training from scratch is not provided. * 2+ years of SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience. * Proven track record of booking meetings at volume. * Proficiency with Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools. * Experience managing multi-channel outreach, including email, LinkedIn, and phone. * Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Self-directed ability to manage your pipeline without daily oversight. Ideal Background * Experience in financial services, financial products, or capital raising. * Background in real estate, private equity, alternative investments, or traditional investment products. Success Metric A minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week is required to remain past 90 days. Top performers consistently book 10 to 15 meetings per week. * Approximately 4 investor meetings per week (200 per year) with accredited investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. * Approximately 1 podcast guest per week (50 per year) to fuel the content engine that drives inbound demand and brand growth. You will ramp up to this target over 90 days. Compensation * Base salary: $1,500 to $2,100 USD per month, depending on experience. * Podcast bonus: $100 per guest booked, up to approximately $800 per month at target. * Variable compensation: Percentage of capital raised from meetings you source. * Year 1 earning potential: $50,000 to $70,000+ USD with strong performance. Location Remote. Must be available during US Eastern business hours.
