Create litigation plans. Create budget plans, if necessary. Conduct discovery. Travel to court and other appearances. Try cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Compose motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Prepare cases for trial. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients. Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills.
