Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel B2B/B2C lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Plan, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to optimize ROI and reduce Cost-Per-Lead (CPL).Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced prospecting tools for targeted outreach.Collaborate with design and content teams to build high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and ad creatives.Manage, score, and nurture leads using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.Set up automated email marketing workflows and follow-up sequences.Track and report on critical metrics: lead volume, conversion rates, and channel-specific ROI to senior management.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation executives.Assign daily/weekly targets, monitor performance, and establish clear KPIs/KRAs.Handle resource planning, workload distribution, and recruitment/onboarding as the team scales.What We Are Looking ForHands-on experience with digital ad platforms, CRM workflows, and advanced social media prospecting.3+ years of experience managing, training, and building marketing/sales development teams.Strong data-driven mindset with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards.A degree in Marketing/Business and certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, or LinkedIn.
