SoundMind Institute is seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented Growth Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator to support enrollment growth, webinar funnels, applicant nurturing, and marketing implementation for our online psychedelic-assisted therapy and mental health training programs.
This is a hands-on implementation and coordination role focused on helping execute and optimize marketing, webinar, email, and enrollment systems — not a high-level “marketing director” position. We are looking for someone proactive, systems-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping operationalize growth initiatives in a fast-moving startup environment.
This is a part-time position initially (approximately 10–20 hours/week) with potential to grow depending on organizational needs and fit.
Core Responsibilities:
Enrollment & Funnel Support:
- Coordinate and execute webinar funnels and enrollment campaigns.
- Support applicant nurturing and follow-up workflows.
- Organize inquiry tracking and CRM pipelines.
- Assist with conversion-focused email sequences and nurture campaigns.
- Help improve enrollment workflows and application processes.
- Re-engage past leads and support ongoing recruitment efforts.
Marketing Operations:
- Draft, schedule, and organize email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social/content scheduling and marketing implementation.
- Assist with landing page updates and campaign organization.
- Support testimonial organization and participant story collection.
- Help maintain organized marketing assets and campaign workflows.
- Assist with the implementation of automations and operational marketing systems.
Analytics & Visibility:
- Track marketing and enrollment KPIs (registrations, applications, conversions, webinar attendance, etc.).
- Help maintain organized recruitment dashboards and reporting systems.
- Support ongoing optimization of funnel and campaign performance.
Retreat & Program Support (Potentially):
- Support with retreat marketing workflows.
- Applicant communication support.
- Webinar/event coordination.
- Educational content organization.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Experience with email marketing, funnels, CRM systems, webinars, or enrollment coordination.
- Comfortable working asynchronously and independently.
- Strong written English communication.
- Detail-oriented and systems-minded.
- Startup-friendly and adaptable.
- Comfortable supporting implementation and execution rather than only high-level strategy.
Helpful (but not required):
- Experience in education, coaching, wellness, mental health, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
- Familiarity with tools like ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Notion, ClickUp, Zapier, Kajabi, or similar platforms.
- Basic analytics/data tracking experience.
- Experience supporting launches, webinars, or online educational programs.
- Basic landing page or CRM management experience.
Compensation:
- Approximately $10–15 USD/hour depending on experience.
- Initial trial period/project-based onboarding.
- Fully remote and flexible.
