We are seeking a creative, high-energy TikTok Shop & E-Commerce Growth Manager to lead our social commerce expansion. - We are a growing promotional products and e-commerce leader with nearly two decades of industry expertise. - Operating a full in-house print-on-demand production facility, we are now aggressively expanding into the world of TikTok Shop and influencer-driven marketing. - This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with company leadership to build new revenue channels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your creativity directly impacts our growth. Key Responsibilities: - TikTok Shop Management: Lead the strategy and execution of TikTok Shop initiatives, optimizing product promotions to drive growth. - Live Stream Execution: Coordinate and host TikTok live selling sessions approximately three times per week. - Strategic Advisory: Advise leadership on optimal posting schedules, live streaming times, and marketing budget requests. - Content Creation: Film and post engaging short-form video content, including product demonstrations and viral-focused trends. - On-Camera Presence: Appear as the "face" of the brand in TikTok videos and during live interactive sessions. - Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant. - Multi-Channel Support: Assist with store management and audience engagement across Instagram and Facebook. - Influencer Coordination: Support influencer outreach, collaboration logistics, and product sample distribution. - Operational Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with production and fulfillment teams to align promotions with inventory and print-on-demand schedules.
