Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities - Manage and process medical and billing data across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Access and navigate terminal servers via Remote Desktops, Amazon‑hosted systems, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). - Work securely with sensitive medical and compliance data (HIPAA‑governed) and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols. - Processing Medical Records requests - Initiate and process professional case negotiations. - Collaborate with land‑based staff to integrate remote support with in‑office operations. - Monitor, diagnose, and escalate data/operational/ negotiational issues; propose improvements to workflows and systems. - Support remote billing and telemedicine operations, including document handling, data entry, CRM updates, and reporting. - Act as a reliable remote resource with excellent communication (English & Spanish) for internal and external stakeholders. Must‑Have Qualifications - Fluent in English and Spanish (Spanish native preferred, especially Colombian candidates encouraged) - 2+ years of experience in remote support or data operations involving medical, billing, or related fields. - Proven ability to work independently within virtual systems; strong technical aptitude. - Familiarity or comfort with Salesforce (CRM), remote terminal server environments, IP routing. - High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive, HIPAA‑governed medical information. - Excellent communication, maturity, emotional intelligence, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Work with Microsoft Office Suite applications. - Comfortable working full‑time (40 hrs/week) in a remote setup aligned with U.S. time zones. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications - Experience in telemedicine, online prescribing services, or virtual healthcare operations. - Prior work with remote access or ETL/data‑pipeline tools. - Experience in billing operations, medical coding, or healthcare administrative tasks. - Familiarity with workflow automation, AI tool integration for document/data handling. - Strong comfort with collaborative remote team coordination.
