Requirements and responsibilities

❗ Important: The person must be living in Puerto Rico or the United States. 🚀 Requirements: 🔸 Bilingual English - Spanish (C1 or native). 🔸 Strong analytical and numerical skills. 🔸 At least two years of work experience in consulting, preferably in project development and implementation. 🔸 Able to articulate their perspectives to contribute to client solutions. 🔸 Proficient in Office tools, especially Excel. 🚀 Soft skills: 🔸 Proactive, passionate, and critical. 🔸 Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team. 🔸 Strong organizational skills for planning and executing work. 🔸 Highly results-oriented. 🔸 Accuracy and attention to detail. 🔸 Stay updated on consulting trends. 🔸 Assertive communication. 🔸 Adaptation to change. 🚀 Responsibilities: 🔸 Gather information from the client and research several types of information sources. 🔸 Support the design and creation of deliverables, such as presentations and analyses, under the quality standards and guidelines defined for the project. 🔸 Participate in meetings or work sessions with clients to generate findings and conclusions. 🔸 Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal team and clients, facilitating decision-making and solution implementation. 🔸 Identify barriers or critical issues that interfere with the proper project progress and support the solution of these. 🔸 Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client's team.
