Responsibilities & more

🚀 We expect you to plan the different iterations of our main product, to participate in the planning of goals per sprint, and to ensure that they are met. You must be aware of the different stages in the product life cycle and that the milestones of each of these are carried out successfully, including product development, testing, launch, stabilization, and scaling. You must coordinate the technical and design teams involved and lead user research. In particular, you will be responsible for: ⭐ Management of the user experience of the product, identifying and filling gaps in it and generating new ideas and experiments for the growth of the market share, the improvement of the experience in Oceana, and supporting the growth of the company's indicators. ⭐ Creation of the product strategy (roadmap) to meet the business objectives and translation of it into detailed requirements (team, infrastructure, prototypes, and others). ⭐ Prioritization and monitoring of activities for product development, according to the expected impact on the business and the user. ⭐ Evangelization of the product to help build awareness and understanding about it. ⭐ Generation and management of product development documents (reports, presentations, matrices, minutes, etc.)
