This role focuses on quality assurance for Arabic content, combining hands-on work with modern AI systems and responsibility for maintaining accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in training processes. The position is well suited for candidates with strong Arabic language expertise, experience with LLM projects, and the ability to oversee quality and documentation efforts that support large-scale AI initiatives. Your profile * Academic or professional background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in linguistics, communication, journalism, or a related field. * Exceptional written Arabic, including strong grammar, syntax, and stylistic adaptability across formal, neutral, and conversational registers. * Hands-on experience with LLM training projects, preferably in quality assurance or lead roles. * English proficiency at a minimum C1 level for documentation, asynchronous communication, and collaboration with global teams. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, edge cases, and gaps in guidelines while following detailed instructions. * Ability to work independently while providing feedback and supporting trainer and QA communities. Key responsibilities * Conduct regular quality checks, provide clear and constructive feedback to trainers, and escalate issues when required. * Maintain ongoing communication with trainers and QAs via Discord regarding new items, updates, and project changes. * Monitor trainer and QA activity, proactively engaging inactive contributors to identify blockers and encourage re-engagement. * Create, maintain, and improve documentation including style guides, trackers, FAQs, honeypots, and related materials. * Organize, schedule, and conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure understanding of guidelines and expectations.
