Requirements and responsibilities

Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: At least 10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role within Freight Forwarding / Logistics / 3PL. - Extensive hands-on experience with CargoWise, logistics ERP, TMS, or WMS platforms. - Proven experience leading IT in a high-volume freight forwarding environment. Technical Skills - Advanced knowledge of networking, server environments, cloud platforms, and SQL databases. - Strong understanding of EDIFACT, API integrations, and cybersecurity frameworks. - ISO 27001 knowledge is an advantage. - Good command of English for global communication.
