Requirements and responsibilities

The AI-Native Agentic Operations Specialist (Mid-level) is responsible for executing operational solutions that integrate data structure, automation, and artificial intelligence within predefined architectures. This role focuses on the end-to-end implementation of operational workflows, ensuring systems are efficient, stable, and aligned with business requirements. It contributes to building solutions that connect multiple tools, ensuring proper transformation of data into automated processes and usable outputs. The role works closely with Senior profiles, Product Owners, and technical teams, contributing to continuous value delivery through structured execution and proper system documentation. Data & Structure: - Design and maintain data structures in Airtable or similar tools. - Create relationships between tables (lookups, rollups) ensuring consistency and usability. - Configure basic permissions at table and field level. ⚙️ Automation: - Build automated workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, or Airtable Automations. - Integrate APIs, webhooks, and triggers to connect systems. - Implement conditional logic within workflows. - Detect and handle common automation errors. 🤖 AI Integration: - Integrate LLMs into existing workflows. - Design functional prompts for specific tasks. - Execute agents within predefined architectures. - Apply AI pragmatically to optimize processes. 📦 Delivery & Execution: - Document processes, workflows, and implemented structures. - Create basic user stories and acceptance criteria. - Communicate progress, blockers, and outcomes to the internal team. - Ensure delivered solutions are functional and stable. 🎨 UI/UX (Basic): - Build functional interfaces in Airtable (dashboards, views, forms). - Organize information clearly and effectively. - Ensure usability for end users.
