Key Responsibilities: Configure new workstations, laptops, scanners, and printers; assist with onboarding and offboarding, managing user access to applications (intranet & internet); handle technical service requests, device issues, and latency troubleshooting while maintaining SLA, NPS & TPR; ensure network and system security, including monitoring malicious emails and maintaining security protocols; perform troubleshooting and debugging to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues; monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operations.
