Requirements and responsibilities

Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end business process automation in live operational environments; ability to independently scope, build, and implement automation solutions ("self-sufficient operator" / "one-man band"); hands-on experience automating core operational workflows (manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, finance ops, or similar); demonstrated delivery across full lifecycle: process mapping, system design, build, deployment, and iteration; experience replacing manual or spreadsheet-based processes with automated workflows or systems; background in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or PE-backed environments (required); strong execution-focused background in consulting, engineering, operations, or technical roles (not strategy-only).
