Salaries will be updated in January to the 2026 salary structure.

Job Description.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The BDR will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and creating opportunities for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Identify and research potential clients through online databases, social media, and industry events.
* Qualify inbound leads and actively reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and networking.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to support the sales cycle.
* Schedule appointments and product demos for Account Executives or senior sales team members.
* Develop strong professional relationships with potential clients and nurture long-term connections.
* Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
* Track, measure, and report key metrics such as call volume, emails sent, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
Qualifications.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
* 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred.
* Internship or entry-level experience in a sales-driven environment will be considered.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
