🚀 To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager focused on the development and growth of our market. 🟡 Job description: ◽ This is a business role in which you will report directly to the Latin America (LATAM) Director of Channels and Alliances. ◽ As a Partner Account Manager, you will work to create activities and processes that promote InvGate´s offerings, and develop and further grow our successful partner ecosystem. 🟡 Requirements: ◽ Advanced/bilingual level of English. ◽ Experience in international sales and business development within a partner ecosystem. ◽ Solid understanding of the channel landscape. ◽ Ability to work collaboratively with partners and a broad range of internal stakeholders. ◽ Solutions selling experience, including understanding end-customer industry scenarios and specific needs. 🟡 Responsibilities: ◽ Manage the full end-to-end process for a set of partners, focusing on business development in your territory. ◽ Recruit and enable new partners in a rapidly growing market space. ◽ Create and develop long-term relationship business plans. ◽ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and develop new business opportunities. ◽ Provide support in management forecasts, deal closures, sales activity recording, and tracking customer data using standard company systems and tools. ◽ Encourage new partners to adopt and promote InvGate’s products and solutions. 🟡 Conditions and benefits: ◽ Career development opportunities. ◽ English lessons, in-house and external technical training. ◽ Extended PTO and paternity leave. ◽ Premium private health insurance. ◽ Remote work reimbursement. ◽ Fixed bonus for gastronomy-related purchases. ◽ Hybrid work model for candidates in the AMBA region, with office attendance twice a week.
