Responsibilities and deliverables

Description: We are recruiting on behalf of our client, The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator to lead complex IT product development efforts, primarily focused on the ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on role that involves managing product delivery timelines, coordinating with technical and business teams, and ensuring products align with agency goals. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee end-to-end delivery of software products/enhancements. * Manage and maintain product roadmaps and release schedules. * Collaborate across business, development, and enterprise architecture teams. * Translate business needs into technical action plans. * Facilitate risk mitigation, change management, and stakeholder communications. * Support ServiceNow integration, prototyping, and post-deployment planning. This is an Onsite Role in Tallahassee, FL. Required Experience: * 7+ years in IT product development or software lifecycle management. * 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in tech/government environments. * Strong background in product delivery timelines and stakeholder engagement. * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform integration and support. Required Education: * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent experience.
