Requirements and responsibilities


👨‍💻 Requirements: 👉 At least 2 years working in an IT role required. 👉 Experience troubleshooting Microsoft's currently supported client operating systems. 👉 Experience troubleshooting computer software and hardware. 👉 At least 1 – 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, and asset management. 👉 Experience using a knowledge base or other resources to search for and implement solutions when troubleshooting. 👉 Experience using RMM tools like Atera, Ninja, ConnectWise, etc. preferred. 👉 Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbal and written. 👉 Excellent customer service skills. 👉 Basic level of technical knowledge and skills with installation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting support services including, but not limited to: ▶ Hardware for desktops, laptops, and tablets. ▶ Microsoft's currently supported Windows desktop operating systems. ▶ Business productivity software, email, web browsing, and security software. ▶ Network connectivity and wireless access issues. ▶ Update and patch deployment, virus removal, malicious software removal. 👉 A positive, “can-do” attitude is critical to the role. 👉 A motivated, self-directed team player who can work under pressure and is passionate about Information Technology. A healthy dose of curiosity about why things work the way they do is a huge benefit. 👨‍💻 Responsibilities: 👉 Receive incoming reports of IT issues and create tickets accordingly. 👉 Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT problems. 👉 Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting resolutions. 👉 Installation and support of Microsoft PC systems, Microsoft desktop business.
