Why the opening?
Our AI recruiter, Emma, automatically sends messages to thousands of candidates to invite them to apply for openings, gather more information, get feedback, etc. However, sometimes Emma encounters issues or cases that need to be addressed by a human. That's when our candidate success agents come to the rescue.
⚙️ Requirements:
▪ Availability required from Monday to Friday, plus one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday), for approximately 30 hours per week. Your working hours should fall within the range of 4 AM to 3 PM GMT+1 (please convert to your local timezone as needed).
▪ Feel comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
▪ Excellent written communication skills in English.
▪ Excellent written communication skills in Spanish is a plus.
▪ High sense of urgency and obsession with making things happen.
▪ Attention to detail is essential.
🎯 Your responsibilities will be:
▪ Truly understand our candidate's needs and goals to solve their requests and inquiries.
▪ Provide timely and quality responses to our candidates.
▪ Resolve inquiries and escalate bugs or issues to our engineering or product team.
▪ Ensure our candidates have a memorable experience.
▪ Ensure operational excellence in all the processes.

You'll be part of the Candidate Operations team and report directly to the Candidate Success Coordinator.
Recruitment process:
1st. You’ll apply via Torre.
2nd. We’ll review your application. If you’re a potential match, we'll send you a short test.
3rd. If you approve the short test, we’ll send you a final test.
4th. If you approve the final test, we'll have an interview.
5th. If you pass the interview, we'll make you an offer.
