Requirements:
✅ Be based in Medellín or willing to relocate.
✅ Master's or bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
✅ At least 3+ years as a UX designer or interaction designer.
✅ At least 2+ years of working experience on complex B2B and large-scale projects.
✅ Experience designing across multiple platforms, working with technical/design teams to create user flows and wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
✅ Familiarity with best practices, constraints, and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
✅ A strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience solving complex challenges.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ This role requires travel depending on business needs, potentially up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities:
✨ Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand the user and business
requirements.
✨ Leverage user and market research insights to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
✨ Develop concepts, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
✨ Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
✨ Work with design leads, product managers, and other design teams to plan projects for effective delivery while maintaining high standards for design.
✨ Effectively communicate experience frameworks, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale verbally and visually.
✨ Work closely with development teams to understand their capabilities clearly and to ensure that design specifications are implemented correctly.
