We are looking for our next Trafficker. Someone focused on working for results. We need someone with self-management and self-taught skills and a great desire to work as a team to generate incredible results for all our clients.š
We expect the applicants to have experience working ads for multiple accounts simultaneously, ideally, at least 4, and experience with monthly ads budgets, approx. 3M per month.
Responsibilities:
ā” Research important insights for each project.
ā” Understand the scope of projects.
ā” Deliver copies that fulfill each project's goals.
ā” Propose new solutions for each project.
You should:
ā” Be analytical and strategic. You like to understand each client's business in depth to generate the strategy that achieves the desired results.
ā” Have experience planning, setting up, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
ā” Have worked with more than 4 customers/projects simultaneously.
ā” Have handled a budget of at least 25M Cop. (That budget could be the total of all the projects you were working on at a given time).
ā” Have experience of 1-1.5 years or more in digital marketing or agencies focused on performance; managing digital platforms; knowledge is advanced in monitorization and optimizing campaign KPIs.
ā” Have extensive knowledge of conversion funnels and measurement pixel settings.
ā” Always seek to be up-to-date with market trends: you understand new formats and channels and are always ready to propose new things to improve our client's campaigns daily.
ā” Have organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ā” Have experience in setting up campaigns for e-commerce.
ā” Be a reporting ninja, and you can build performance reports producing complex campaign analyses for our clients using tools like Data Studio.
ā” Keep your project matrix and weekly planning schedule up to date.
