Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards and roadmaps. This role plays a critical part in shaping platform strategy, complex implementations, and integrations across the ServiceNow ecosystem.Experience in all the followingDefine and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise standards and long-term roadmap.Design scalable, secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.Lead CMDB architecture, including data models, CI class structures, and relationship frameworks.Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.Oversee advanced configurations and customizations such as Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.Architect and implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.Ensure CMDB data quality through governance, normalization, reconciliation, and regular audits.Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and architecture walkthroughs.Good-to-have skillsExperience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.Exposure to large-scale enterprise or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.Presales or customer-facing solutioning experience.ServiceNow certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD); CIS – ITOM DiscoveryPlease note: South India do not apply
