Sherrington Financial Fitness is hiring a Remote Administrative/Personal Assistant to support our CEO/Owner and remote team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, variety, systems, and being a trusted support person behind the scenes.We’re looking for someone with QuickBooks Online experience, strong Microsoft 365 skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with care.Responsibilities include calendar and inbox support, QuickBooks tasks, client onboarding, marketing follow-up, Wrike task tracking, process improvement, and administrative support for both business and personal needs.Position details:Remote, US-basedPacific or Mountain Time Zone preferred20 to 30+ hours per weekPart-time to full-time potentialEmployee position, not contractor
