Requirements and responsibilities
🟢 Requirements:
• Experience with OIC's deployment and release management processes (Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Work with the project team for the new implementation of Oracle HCM.
• Some Functional knowledge to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Gather required information from the business and transform it into functional requirement documentation.
• Complies with and enforces system policies, procedures, and configurations for Oracle HCM.
• Ability to create technical requirements documentation.
• Identify root causes and create resolution documents when problems are resolved.
• Good communication to report status.
🟢 Responsibilities:
• Project managing Oracle-enabled transformation programs in tier-one retail accounts.
• Understand and design high-level Retail Application architectures, including Oracle and prevalent non-Oracle systems.
• Managing large teams designing end-to-end solutions across Oracle and clients’ legacy systems estate, including integration and reporting technologies.
• Developing implementation plans that maximize the potential of the Oracle technology while minimizing implementation risk.
• Strong technical and functional skills in Oracle ERP (11i and R12).
• Experience in QA testing, particularly User Acceptance testing.
• Operate independently or as part of a team to provide quality work products to an engagement.
• Build internal solutions with custom front-ends (web) and back-end services that automate business processes.
• Integrate third-party products into internal systems support and upgrade implemented systems.
• Have a keen interest in learning how to use technology to solve clients’ business problems and relish the prospect of designing and delivering these solutions for clients.
