Requirements and responsibilities

Own the product backlog and roadmap for Salesforce product responsibilities within the Salesforce ecosystem (Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined user stories, prioritize the backlog, and guide agile ceremonies.Manage data integrations, APIs, and third-party systems within Salesforce (e.g., DocuSign).
