Recent award wins include Digiday’s Best Employer for Remote Employees and Amazon’s Global Expansion Partner Award.Podean is seeking an experienced Amazon Senior Specialist who will be responsible for the end-to-end operational success of Amazon accounts across Seller Central and Vendor Central. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in marketplace operations, catalog management, account health, and issue resolution, along with the ability to support the execution of strategic initiatives led by senior team members. As a key Amazon expert within the team, you will ensure smooth daily operations, drive optimization opportunities, and help maintain strong account performance for client success.What You’ll DoSupport day-to-day Amazon account management across the assigned portfolioExecute against strategic plans developed by senior team membersMonitor Amazon accounts regularly to ensure accuracy, performance, and optimization opportunitiesManage merchandising updates, catalog hygiene, listing optimizations, and retail operationsAssist in marketing and promotional planning executionPrepare client-facing materials, including decks, reporting, recaps, and action plansTake detailed notes on client calls and track action items internallyEnsure deliverables are completed accurately and on timeIdentify optimization opportunities within assigned accounts and flag to leadershipSupport business reviews and internal reporting processesStay up to date on Amazon updates, platform changes, and marketplace trendsWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 7 years of experience supporting clients in Seller Central and Vendor Central in Amazon.
