In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based healthcare professionals, connecting top talent with leading healthcare organizations across the United States. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone passionate about healthcare staffing and skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, medical technologists, and other allied health professionals and support staff, including Virtual Medical and Operations Assistants. Collaborate with U.S. clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate client interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations. Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare hiring standards and credentialing requirements. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and nurture a pipeline of healthcare and support talent for current and future openings. 🧠 Qualifications Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare roles, licensing, and credentialing processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions. Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 💡 Preferred Skills Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Dietitians (RD), Personal Trainers, or other licensed healthcare professionals. Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and healthcare staffing regulations. Background in international recruitment or remote hiring is a plus. 🌟 What We Offer Part-time schedule (20 hours/week).
