As Technical Product Manager, you will be instrumental in launching a revolutionary approach to cardiometabolic health. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with AI & Applied Research, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, and Clinical teams to build and ship AI-powered analytical systems for care journey personalization and outcomes assurance, with Fortune 500 employers and health plan customers in mind. You will also serve as the product visionary and strategist helping to define our long-term vision for generative AI and data product commercialization.
Responsibilities:
* Drive Onsera’s AI and analytical product strategy by defining product roadmaps and operationalizing strategy across health analytics, personalized member engagement, and generative AI for clinician and patient support.
* Maximize execution velocity by aligning Product, AI & Applied Research, Engineering, and Marketing & Sales teams to drive products from design through customer adoption and accelerate development cycles while maintaining technical excellence.
* Drive model experimentation and refinement by defining metrics and testing approaches for model validation in collaboration with AI & Applied Research data science and health economist colleagues.
* Enable customer adoption by removing blockers for large employers and health plans to deploy our solutions and ensure scalable implementation across complex organizations.
* Establish performance frameworks by defining metrics and KPIs for model performance, product adoption, and customer outcomes, and implementing monitoring systems for analytical workloads.
* Serve as product expert by translating complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
* 5-10 years of product experience with at least 3+ years of shipping AI/ML models to production.
* 5+ years of experience working closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing & Sales to scope work, set priorities, define metrics, and drive execution.
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and present to executive audiences.
* Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience translating commercial business models and customer needs into technical solutions.
* Proficiency with Python and SQL for data analysis and technical validation.
* Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices for A/B testing, model deployment, and monitoring.
Preferred qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience presenting to executive audiences and managing external partnerships.
* 1+ years of people management experience.
* Prior experience building and scaling technology solutions in healthcare, life sciences, fintech, or insurance domains.
* Hands-on experience with health AI, health analytics, health economics, optimization, simulation, financial risk modeling, or actuarial analysis.
* Experience with medical coding, medical NLPs, and medical informatics.
* Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOC2).
* Prior experience with 0-to-1 build-out of an AI-powered offering in a startup environment is a bonus.
