Job type: Remote Full-TimeKey responsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department heads — aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving workforce planning, and providing data-driven insights to support organizational decision-making.Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple functions — including headcount planning, job architecture, sourcing pipelines, and hiring process optimization to attract top talent globally.Design and drive employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and culture programs. Champion a remote-first environment and proactively identify and address retention risks before they escalate.Own and evolve the performance management framework — from goal-setting and mid-year reviews to succession planning and high-potential talent identification. Partner with managers to build coaching capability across teams.Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures ensuring full compliance with employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions. Advise leadership on risk mitigation, employee relations issues, and disciplinary matters.Lead the design and execution of L&D programs, leadership development tracks, and onboarding experiences. Partner with leadership on organizational design changes, restructuring, and change management initiatives.Oversee compensation benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and payroll coordination.
