Requirements and responsibilities

❗ Important: The person must be living in Puerto Rico or the United States. 🚀 Requirements: 🔸 C1 or native English and Spanish level. 🔸 At least 4 years of consulting work experience, ideally in project management and implementation. 🔸 Ability to analyze situations, evaluate options, and decide the best action. 🔸 Advanced office skills, especially in Excel. 🔸 Proficient in project management tools and related software. 🚀 Plus: 🔸 Power BI, Python or SQL. 🚀 Soft skills: 🔸 Team and client leadership. 🔸 Excellent interpersonal skills. 🔸 Highly results-oriented. 🔸 Conflict resolution skills. 🔸 Clear and effective communication. 🔸 Structure, planning, and organization. 🔸 Effective delegation. 🔸 Accuracy and attention to detail. 🚀 Responsibilities: 🔸 Clarify and align the project's objectives, deliverables, and scope based on the client's needs and expectations. 🔸 Design a detailed project plan that includes timelines, required resources, activities, and phases, ensuring a clear structure to follow. 🔸 Assign activities, supervise the work team, and manage other resources necessary for the completion of the project. 🔸 Identify methodologies and tools during project development to enhance team collaboration and recommendation development. 🔸 Structure documents and deliverables and oversee this development with the project team. 🔸 Lead interviews, workshops, and/or working sessions with the client. 🔸 Regularly monitor the project's progress to ensure it stays on track, adjusting the plan as necessary. 🔸 Keep all stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and proposed solutions, acting as a direct liaison between the client, project team, and consulting firm. 🔸 Ensure that analyzes and work respond effectively to identified issues and meet expected quality. 🔸 Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could affect the successful execution of the project. 🔸 Address and resolve challenges or conflicts arising during project execution, and escalate them when necessary. 🔸 Manage client interaction and foster lasting, long-term relationships.
