The Role:
We’re hiring an Infrastructure Engineer who can lead us to SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance in the short term, and in the long term, build an agentic infrastructure, driven by intelligent coding and testing agents, for unmatched reliability and scale.
What You’ll Do:
* You’ll be our security-first AI infrastructure architect, building compliance and self-healing systems.
* Achieve compliance: Lead SOC 2 (Type I → Type II) readiness; implement controls, logging, policies, and audit processes.
* Embed DevSecOps: Enable automated security gates, CI/CD compliance checks, secrets management, and policy-as-code pipelines.
* Automate infrastructure with agents: Design autonomous IaC workflows where agents deploy, test, monitor, and repair infrastructure proactively.
* Ensure reliability & observability: Build robust alerting, logging, and incident response. Use modern observability tools to maintain resilience at scale.
* Secure access: Implement RBAC, short-lived credentials, zero trust access to infrastructure (e.g., SSH, Kubernetes); aligned with SOC 2 controls.
* Drive infra-as-code: Build infrastructure entirely with Terraform, Pulumi, or similar — everything reproducible, tested, and auditable.
* Partner across teams: Work with product, security, and engineering to bake compliance into workflows and product pipelines.
* Continuously improve: Evolve controls, compliance, and reliability from short-term audits to long-term autonomy.
What we’re looking for:
* Hands-on experience driving cybersecurity standards compliance in tech or fintech environments.
* Deep expertise in DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD security automation, and observability frameworks.
* Familiarity with agentic infrastructure patterns and autonomous testing.
* Experience implementing zero-trust access, RBAC, short-lived credentials, and audit logging in infra environments.
* Proven ability to design, build, and iterate on infrastructure that is both secure and scalable; building today for auditable tomorrow.
* Excellent collaborator; translates compliance frameworks into product-grade infrastructure and engineer-friendly workflows.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
* Prior work in fintech or payments infrastructure.
* Familiarity with stablecoins or blockchain-based systems.
* Startup or early-stage scaling experience.
