Requirements and responsibilities

Design and develop secure, scalable Salesforce GovCloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations aligned with GovCloud policies. Refactor legacy Salesforce Classic components and reduce technical debt across Apex code, triggers, and processes. Modernize or rebuild custom modules including quoting, workflow automation, approvals, and PSA systems.Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and client-specific security policies. Maintain secure configurations of profiles, permission sets, and data models across multiple orgs. Optimize and maintain Certinia (FinancialForce PSA) customizations and manage PSA workflows across projects, time tracking, resource management, and billing.Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and engineering teams; participate in discovery sessions; document technical designs, workflows, and system behaviors. Develop and execute unit tests, resolve defects, and support CI/CD pipelines and release management across sandbox environments.
