Join us as a Senior Recruiter for IGS Brazil! 🌍 💼 Position Details: 📍 Location: Brazil (100% Remote). 📜 Indefinite Contract. 💰 Salary: Open Brazilian Reales. 🌐 Internet Bonus + Law Benefits. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Full-cycle recruitment & selection (sourcing, screening, interviewing). ✅ Design & implement recruiting strategies. ✅ Manage IT & specialized hiring for top clients. ✅ Consult with managers on hiring needs & match top talent. ✅ Ensure compliance with legal & ethical recruitment standards. ✅ Provide an outstanding candidate experience. 🎯 Requirements: 🔹 4+ years of recruitment experience. 🔹 Advanced English (B2+) – French or Portuguese is a plus! 🔹 IT recruitment experience is a big plus. 🔹 Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive & Skype. 🔹 Experience with recruitment platforms in Colombia is a plus. 🔹 LATAM recruitment experience is highly valued.
