What You’ll Do: As our Lead Engineer - Salesforce, you will: 🛠 Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions to meet business and technical requirements. 🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce implementations. ⚙️ Architect and build scalable, high-performing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and more. 🔄 Oversee seamless integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems. 📋 Develop and maintain architecture documentation and enforce coding standards. 💡 Drive platform efficiency through performance optimization, user experience improvements, and system upgrades. 🛠 Implement DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools. 👩‍💻 Customize and configure Salesforce solutions using programmatic and point-and-click tools. 👨‍🏫 Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering continuous learning. 📈 Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance our platform. What You Bring: We’re looking for someone with: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: - 7+ years in Salesforce development, customization, and implementation (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Flows). - 3+ years in a lead role. - Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Cloud. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration tools, and middleware platforms. - Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce technologies like Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. - Desired Certifications (a plus, but not required): * Salesforce Platform Developer I & II. * Salesforce JavaScript Developer I. * Salesforce CPQ. * Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
