Hi! I'm Renan Peixoto, Head of Engineering at Torre. We're excited to welcome a Test Automation Freelancer (Low-Code, Front-End) to our team. Your role will be to enhance the quality of our user experience (UX) and ensure consistency with our product specifications. While software engineering experience isn't necessary, having knowledge of HTML, DOM, and JavaScript will be greatly beneficial. WHAT IS TORRE? At Torre, we're building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work. We offer three product lines for companies: Torre OS, Torre Reach, and Torre RPO. You'd directly impact the first two. Our motto is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Our seed round was $20M, of which Alex Torrenegra, our founder and CEO, contributed $10M. Other investors included early investors and executives from Apple, Amazon, Meta, Space X, and TikTok. We've spent years building and fine-tuning our product, and now we're at a pivotal moment where we want to ensure our users have an outstanding experience. To keep this momentum going, we're looking for a Test Automation Freelancer (Low-Code, Front-End) to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in making sure our platform runs smoothly and matches our vision. With your knowledge of HTML, DOM, and JavaScript, you'll automate front-end tests and help us deliver a product that our users will love, contributing to our rapid growth. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS: • Use low-code tools to create automated tests that ensure our platform looks and works as it should. You'll use Ghost Inspector. • Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to understand features and user needs. • Identify bugs and UX hiccups, and help get them triaged quickly. • Contribute ideas to make our test automation framework and procedures even better.
