Get the best out of yourself and develop professionally. 🟢 Purpose of the role: → You will work with a cross-functional team focused on designing and implementing new products and solutions for a world-class online education project. You will be part of the software development process from the very inception of any feature, working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Front-End and Backend Developers, helping them understand the technical intricacies and possibilities of the solution. We expect you to propose ideas to the whole team and be able to engage in productive discussions to help shape the future of the project. 🟢 Requirements: → Experience as a Back-End Developer (Django – Python) with a minimum 3 year of experience. → People with knowledge and aptitude for the role, can apply with different levels of education. → Fluency in English / B2 (excellent speaking). 🟢 Main responsibilities: → Think through customer problems and business needs, and find reasonable solutions to complex interaction and system design problems. → Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging. → Write clean code to develop functional web applications. → Perform UI tests to optimize performance. → Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications. → Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. → Provide training and support to internal teams. → Liaise with developers, designers, and product managers to identify new features. → Follow emerging technologies. 🟢 Skills: → Teamwork. → Good communicator. → Autonomy. → Attend details and analysis. → Good problem-solving.
