Job Title: Project Manager – Delivery Team
Location: Ahmedabad [Hybrid]/Remote for now
Work Timings: 8:30 AM EST – 5:30 PM EST (Night shift / US business hours)
Job Summary
The Project Manager (PM) – Delivery Team is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering LKOpera Delivery projects from initiation through completion. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for client service.
The PM will work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and sales stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a healthcare technology environment and have hands-on experience with APIs, FHIR APIs, EMRs, and patient data sets.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
• Manage end-to-end implementation of LKOpera Delivery projects from kickoff to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related activities, coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and sales stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Allocate and manage project resources to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery.
• Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and scope.
• Take extremely detailed notes during meetings and provide clear summaries, action items, and follow-ups as needed.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and apply effective de-escalation and resolution strategies.
• Ensure smooth handoff to support teams for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
• 5 years of experience in the healthcare domain, preferably in healthcare IT, health tech, or clinical systems environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting client-driven deadlines.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
• Familiarity with EMRs/EHR systems.
• Basic understanding of patient data sets, healthcare interfaces, and message formats.
• Experience working with API integrations (FHIR API experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
