Key Account Manager – Na-ion Sales. Experience: 8-10 years. Level: Senior Manager/AGM/GM. Location: Pune / Remote. Objective: - To drive sales and adoption of 12V sodium ion batteries as a lead acid replacement in electric vehicles by identifying opportunities, educating OEMs and aftermarket partners. - Other low-voltage application sectors aside from Automotive should also be explored. Key Responsibilities: - Channel management. - To meet sales and revenue generation targets. - Innovative selling. - Customer engagement and relationship management. - Cross-functional coordination. - Track competitor activity and pricing trends. - Represent the company in expos, seminars, and trade shows. - To upkeep CRM trackers. Competence: - Engineering background in Electrical/MBA. - 8-15 years with the auto industry like the EV segment (2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, E-Rickshaws) for li-ion batteries. - Understanding BESS architecture, market and industry awareness, contacts in channels, competitive market knowledge, and contacts with fleet operators and EV OEMs. - Solution selling, relationship skills, and presentation skills.
