Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken IT Support Engineer to support our growing technology team. Our IT Support Engineers are responsible for building automated workflows and integrations with the Systems Architecture team, working directly with the marketing team to ensure seamless data strategy, data flow, and integrations between marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier. Ideal contractors will work remotely and support automation bugs and development, while also being available on-call for occasional in-office IT duties, including IT troubleshooting, password management, computer hardware setups, installations, and access management. Tools: Slack, Aloware, Google Suite, Okta, Jira, Twilio, HubSpot, Zoom. Responsibilities: * Designing and developing information systems to improve process efficiency, scalability, user productivity, and reduce costs. * Exploring and helping solve automation and IT bugs. * Working directly with System Architects and Administrators to identify and build automations to support business functions across marketing, sales, and fulfillment operations. * Supporting the IT administrator, HR, and managers in automating employee onboarding and offboarding tasks. * Occasionally attending meetings with internal stakeholders, alongside a systems architect, to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise. * Developing software documentation and user guides for systems. * Exploring and helping solve automation and IT bugs.
