As you will see from my CV, I have extensive experience in Quality and training positions, I have work in the BPO industry, also I work as an Account manager in a Logistics and transport company.
I would like to mention my experience in an insurance company for almost 3 years In that time I was in the tech department, and I was an Executive Agent. During this time I have improved the process within the quality department while reducing the negative impact in the numbers we show every week to the Quality Team.
As an Account manager, I am the face of the company (A financial company that purchased and funds invoices in the US) to the clients. In that position I'm having up to 80 accounts to manage, In Spanish and English, I treat every single one of the accounts with professionalism and ownership, I solve their questions in a daily basis and also make reports, purchase the invoices, and present numbers to my superiors.
