• Support refugee, SIV, family-reunification, and humanitarian immigration matters through Arabic-English interpretation, translation, client communication, and case documentation.
• Conduct sensitive client interviews, review personal narratives and documents, and help clients explain complex facts clearly, respectfully, and accurately.
• Build trust with clients facing trauma, displacement, fear, or confusion, using patient questioning, cultural understanding, and careful follow-up to clarify timelines, threats, and evidence.
• Provide cultural, political, military, and country-condition context related to Iraq, U.S.-affiliated service, threats, displacement, and security conditions while handling confidential information with care.
